Video Production

today we created a film about a card game. During the card game, we had to use 9 shots in total creating different angles of camera shots in each part. differnt people had different kind of roles this was like rebecca, hayley and jonathan were actors in the film, sophie was the director and then steph was the person who did the camera shots and angles. during the filming we had to film a slapping shot whiched involved the camera being in two places, this is zooming in on the shot and also a wide angle shot.
Hayley thinks that the film was good however she believes if that there was more space and more time and the lighting was great then the video would of gone alot better
Becky thinks that the film went really well and the camera angles were really good.
Steph and soph feels that ifthey had more time then the quality would be alot better then what it actually is.
Jonathan believes that we could of included more camera angles.

The Game

We hed been given a brief to create a film about a card game, but we had to use a number of different camera angles/shots within the film. A few of the camera shot/angles that we used were: point of view shot, high angled shot, low angled shot & panning shot. the main point of the film is to use different camera shots/angles as well as meeting what the brief says.
We had Hayley and Beccky as the two card players. Johnathan as the card dealer. Sophie as the director. And I (Steph) as camera crew.
The filming went to plan apart from changing our minds about the description of certain scenes which put the filming behind abit. And when we were being put of by other studens on our course.
The editing of the film is still on going.
